On Anastasia Island tragedy is certainly no stranger to the over 147 year old lighthouse located on the coast of St. Augustine, Florida. From its humble beginnings as a Spanish look out tower that eventually toppled into the sea to the now impressively tall present day lighthouse that was moved slightly inland; it’s had its fair share of heartbreak and sorrow. From war to accidental deaths, this lighthouse is the perfect breeding ground for the supernatural.
